1. Starting this blog: It’s been a fun journey since we started in February 1. So often, we’ve questioned whether to continue the blog but the encouragement and support from family and friends keeps us going. So thank you very much!And we've also loved connecting with fellow bloggers who form such a supportive community of friends.

2. Travel: From ringing in the new year in London, taking part in the Tomatina Festival in Spain, hiking up glaciers in Iceland, getting a restful vacation in Thailand, seeing the Niagara Falls in Canada, staying at a B&B in upstate New York, gorging on Tex-Mex food in Austin, and soaking in the sunshine in Mexico, we consider ourselves truly lucky to have been able to travel this much!

3. Self and city discovery: We really got to know our respective cities and ourselves a lot better this year. Whether it was trying out new places, attending unique events in the city, or simply taking bigger fashion risks (I started wearing leopard print, y’all!) and being confident in ourselves, it felt good to be a bit more adventurous.
